Subject: Upvc French door Lock Broken

Comments: Moved into a new property in Bathgate and discovered the back door lock was broken. Found Armalock's number online and I am very glad that I did. Phoned Michael first thing in the morning and he was out to the property that afternoon and to my surprise did not charge a call out fee. Michael was extremely efficient and thorough in finding and solving the problem and he left no stone unturned. Michael needed to order a part for the door but he gave us a replacement lock in the meantime so the door was useable. The part arrived exactly when Michael said it would and he fitted it the same day. Michael even replaced the lock on our front door as he noticed it was a lock that could be easily broken into. I could not recommend Michael more and as a new person to the area it is great to have found a realiable locksmith. Thanks again Michael.

Comments: Leaving the house one Saturday afternoon and could not lock the door behind me. Felt something in the lock break as I turned the key. Phoned Armalock based on testimonials. Michael arrived within an hour and had fitted a new gearbox in 15 minutes. Job done and a fair price charged.
